Print in (L)kup Name or (P)roduct Order

Type L to print the products in lookup name order. Specify P to print the products in product order.

Print (A)ctive, (I)nactive, or (B)oth?

Type A to print active products. Type I to print inactive products. Specify B to print both types

Pg Break On 1st Character Lookup Nm Chg?

This option is only valid if you print the products in lookup name order..

Select Yes to print products in lookup name order with a new page break each time the first character of the lookup name changes.

For example, the report initially prints lookup names that start with A. When the report comes to the first lookup name that starts with B, a page break occurs.

Select No to print products in lookup name order in one continuous column.
