Customer Inquiry - Receivables by Job field descriptions
Fields are presented in alphabetical order within each section.
Jobs
- Completion %

Displays the percent complete. The percentage is calculated from the accumulative Sales JTD amount divided by the preliminary lien amount.
- Estimated Completion Date

Displays the date on which the company or contractor estimates the entire job will be complete.
- First Sale Date

Displays the date of the first sale. This date is critical. You have a certain number of days from the date of the first sale to file a preliminary lien for your claim.
- Job Close Date

If the ship-to job has been closed, displays the closing date.
- Job ID

Displays the current value of the Job ID and Revision Number that are tied to the customer order.
- Job Title

Displays the title that is given to the job.
- Revised Estimation Date

If the job completion date has to be changed or extended, displays the revised completion date.
- Sales JTD ($)
- Displays the actual invoiced sales for this ship to/job to date.
- Ship To

Displays the ship to address associated with this job.
Job Detail information
- Bonded

If this ship-to job is bonded, this option is set to Yes.
- Description

Displays descriptive information associated with the job such as, location, name, or project.
- Filed [Initials]

Displays the date the preliminary was filed, followed by the initials of the person who filed it.
- First Sale

- General

Displays the name of the general contractor.
- Hold if Over
- If the ship to has exceeded the sales limit, this option is set to Yes to hold orders placed.
- Lender

Displays the name of the lending institution.

Displays the actual amount for which the lien was filed.

If the conditions of the job were not were not met, a lien may be filed to protect your interests. Displays the date the lien was filed, followed by the initials of the person who filed it.
- Owner

Displays the name of the owner.
- Preliminary – Amount

Displays the expected total cost of the job.
- Preliminary – With

A preliminary lien officially covers your interests in this ship-to job. The preliminary lien is generally filed with the state government where the job is located. It reserves your ability to file a lien for the amount you have estimated your portion to be.
