Releasing Tag and Hold orders

Orders with a Tag and Hold disposition are used when the customer cannot provide shipping instructions when they place an order. Use these instructions to release a Tag and Hold order after you receive shipping instructions.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Select Maintain Order and specify the order number.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Select Product view, adjust the ship to address, ship via method, requested ship date, promise date, and other fields as required.
  5. In the Customer Order Settings window, specify None in the Disposition field.
  6. Save the changes to order, and reprint the pick ticket.
