Setting up a pricing modifier

You can use a pricing modifier to increase or decrease the price by the modifier percentage. Set up pricing modifier records at the lowest possible price adjustment whenever possible.

Select Pricing and Discounting > Setup > Pricing Modifier.
Click New.
Select a Rank Type.

If you modify an existing pricing modifier, you cannot change the rank type. You must delete the record and then re-create the record with the different rank type.
Specify the name of the pricing modifier.
Specify the warehouse to which this pricing modifier applies. If all warehouses use the same pricing modifier, leave the Warehouse field blank.
Specify a percentage for each level associated with the selected rank.
Optionally, specify a percentage modifier for nonstocks. This modifier will be applied to all nonstock and stocked products that are entered as a nonstock in Sales Order Entry.
Click Save.
