Deleting a forecast

Use this procedure to delete forecasts. You can delete forecasts using Product Customer Reservation/Forecast Setup or the Product Customer Forecast Report.

  1. Select Product > Reports > IC Reports > IC Customer Forecast Report.
  2. Specify the report information.
  3. Specify any ranges to limit the forecasts included on the report.
  4. On the Options view, specify D in the I)nactivate, D)elete, N)either field.
  5. In the Select Status A)ctive, I)nactive, B)oth field, specify whether you want to delete active, inactive, or both active and inactive reports that match your range criteria.
  6. Run the report. Forecasts that match the report ranges and options are deleted.
  7. Select Product > Setup > Customer Reservation/Forecast.
  8. In the Setup Type field, select Forecast.
  9. Use the search fields to locate the forecast that you want to delete.
  10. Select the forecast and click Delete.
