Deleting a tracking document

You can delete a tracking document in OT Transaction Entry. Only tracking documents in Stages 0-2 [Entered, Production, and Complete] can be deleted. You must have security of 5-Full Security in SA Operator Setup to delete a tracking document line in OT Transaction Entry.

  1. Select Overseas Trade > Entry > Transaction.
  2. Specify the number of the tracking document and click Search.
  3. Select the tracking document in the grid and click Delete.
  4. Click OK to delete the document, or Cancel to not delete the document.
  5. After the tracking document is deleted, all records are removed from the system.
