Sales Order Entry - Advanced Line Entry - Comments field descriptions

When you click Save to add your pick ticket line comment, these fields are automatically updated with the current date and time and your user initials.

Specify a line comment that is displayed on the pick ticket and selected external documents.

The documents must be set up to print as Print Format 1 or 4 only.

Select this option to also print the line comment on the invoice.

Select this option to also print the comment on the order acknowledgement.

If you are using the Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL) module, select this option to also print the comment on the TWL packing list.

Select this option to also print the comment on the delivery document.
