SA Operator Setup - Select Users field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Operator

Specify operator initials to search for an operator's record or an operator template.

Note:  If you are maintaining the R&D operator record, you must specify R&D in this field. You cannot access the R&D operator record using other search criteria.

Profile

Specify a profile to search for all users that are assigned this profile on the Static Information window. You can then select the appropriate operator records and update them simultaneously. No security is assigned to the profile itself. If you assign the profile to another operator, it does not change their security.

Warehouse

Specify a warehouse to search for all users that are assigned this warehouse as their home warehouse on the Static Information view. You can then select the appropriate operator records and update them simultaneously.
