Vendor rebate claim response error types

When you receive vendor rebate claim responses, these types of errors can occur:

• Distribution SX.e errors from invalid data received from the vendor. Depending on the error, files in Distribution SX.e may not be updated.
• Vendor contract error from rejected rebate claim.
• Vendor reject error provided by the vendor to indicate the reason the claim was rejected.
• Vendor follow-up action error provided by the vendor to indicate the vendor’s recommended course of action when a claim is rejected.

Rebate lines with vendor error codes do not update records in Distribution SX.e.
