General

Description

Specify a description for the lost business code. Typically, the description is displayed in the user interface instead the value in the Reason field.

Reason

Specify a two-character code that represent the lost business reason.

Record Lost Business as Usage

Select this option to update usage for the product on the lost business line or order when this Lost Business reason is used in Sales Order Entry. Records are stored in a table that is accessed during Product Administration Month End Processing Report to be used in usage calculations.
