Use this function to access the automated transfer system and process transfer RRAR reports.

This function provides a single point of access to the automated transfer system. The demand center lists the Transfer Recommended Replenishment Action Reports (RRAR) that are ready for processing. Conduct a search to locate reports. Then, drill down into a record to access the Header and Line Items information.

In the Header tab, you can modify editable information in these sections: Ship From, Ship To, Shipping Information, and AddOns/Totals. Save your edits.

Note: When transfer markup addons functionality is activated, the Markup Addons option is selected but is displayed as a read-only indicator in the Add Ons/Totals section. When this option is selected, the Capitalize field is read-only and a zero amount is displayed, and the Type field is read-only.

To accept a line on a report, you must select the report, then access the Line Items tab. You can set the Accept Type for individual products at the line level to Yes or No in the grid column. Optionally, you can select a line, then select Actions and select Set AcceptType On or Set AcceptType Off. If you set the line to No or Off, the line is not replenished during this processing.

Optionally, you can click New from the toolbar to add a blank RRAR on demand. After you create the blank RRAR, use the other views to add line item and header information to the RRAR.

When you are ready to merge reports, in the grid, select the Ready to Merge option for each report that is ready. Optionally, you can select multiple report records in the grid and select Actions > Set Merge Flag On.

After you have prepared the desired reports, click Run WT RRAR Report to run the Transfer Entry Recommended Replenishment Action Report.
