Use this page to define codes for lost business reasons. A lost business reason is applied to entire sales orders or individual sales order line to indicate why the sale did not occur.
Examples of lost business reasons include Found better price, Not delivered on time, Operator error, or Do not stock desired color. Lost business reasons can be applied automatically by the system or manually when you cancel an order or send a line to lost business in Sales Order Entry. Sales Manager provides reporting capabilities on lost business through the SM Lost Business Report.
