SA Printer Setup - Required overview
Use this page to set up the description of the printer, width of the lines the printer prints, type of printer, and the device or command.
You can also designate a swap printer.
Each printer record applies to all companies set up in the system. They are not company-specific. In some companies, this could mean that a large number of printers appear in the Printer Name Lookup window for each user. You can use the Group field to assign printers to a group. You can then assign the printer groups to users to limit the number of printers that initially appear in the Printer Name Lookup window.
