SA ION Support Assistant Report overview
Function acronym: SARIS
Use this report to download information about Distribution SX.e and other Infor software that you have installed.
The report output can be downloaded to your system and then uploaded when you submit a support incident in the Infor Support Portal. The Infor Support Assistant (ISA) is an additional, integral software component of your licensed Infor products.
Data gathered for ISA is used to help ensure that your system is running the recommended configuration. After submitting a support incident about ION Infor Support experts can analyze your specific configuration and give you information to solve the issue.
The SA ION Support Assistant Report does not collect any business-sensitive information such as business transaction, user names, or passwords.
