SA Data Archive System Event Management Tables Report overview

Use this report to archive and purge, or only purge, the records that are created when events with a defined action are activated in SA Event Manager Activate Entry.
If you have a large number of activated events, the Event Management tables,
event_trans, event_trans_action and
event_trans_sub, can grow large and affects database
performance.
When you first time run this report, specify a large number of days in the Number of Days to Keep EM Tables option. This minimizes the number of records that are removed and that report processing time. Gradually decrease this value with subsequent runs. Ultimately, you should set this up as a stored report to run on a regular basis, such as monthly or quarterly.
