Function acronym: SADDR

Use this report to archive and purge the service warranty service repair orders (SRO), job times, and warranty claims.

If an SRO qualifies for archiving, records that are attached to the SRO are archived based on these requirements:


Record	Stage
Service repair order	Invoiced-Stage 8 or Canceled-Stage 9
Sales order that is tied to the SRO	Paid-Stage 5 or Canceled-Stage 9
Vendor rebate on sale that is on the sales order	Reconciled or canceled

The Completed-Stage 6 date for an SRO must be less than the date that you specify for the Archive Date option. A warranty claim is archived according to its transaction date.
