SA Personalization Administration overview

Function acronym: SAAPA

Use this function to manage the records that are created when users personalize the user interface in any Distribution SX.e view.

Note: This function is intended for individuals who are trained in the development of extended personalization records, or are system administrators.

You can modify, copy, and delete the records. You can also import and export records. Click the Developer button to access the Personalize window that is associated with the record.

A new record can be created if View ID and Function are specified. When you perform personalization in specific functions, the View ID and Function values are automatically included when the personalization record is created.

To use SA Personalization Administration, you must have function security of 3 or higher. The records that you can view and modify are based on the Save/Load Web Modifications field on your SA Operator Setup record. It must be set to a value other than None.
