PI Administrator Change Supplier Group overview
Function acronym: PIAS
Use this report to instead of manually specifying the supplier group on each Product Setup and Product Catalog Setup record.
When you run PI Administrator Change Supplier Group, records are updated based upon the ranges and options selected.
- If the product range is used, then Product Setup, Product Catalog Setup, and PI Entry Edit File records are updated.
- If product category, vendor, or product line ranges are used, then Product Setup, Product Catalog Setup, PI New Product Default Setup, and PI Entry Edit File records are updated.
- If warehouse range is used, then Product Setup, Product Catalog Setup, PI New Product Default Setup, PI Price Cost Multiplier Setup, and PI Entry Edit File records are updated.
- If vendor or warehouse range is used, then the Product Setup records are updated after checking Product Warehouse Product Setup.
You can show all records changed, or only the total number of records changed.
