If you are performing AP processing, you can also use this inquiry to process suspended AP transactions. When you select a line from the results grid, three buttons are available. The buttons are applicable only when you have a suspended AP transaction. If you click a button on a record that is not suspended, this error is displayed: Only Suspended records may be selected.
