PD Mass Maintenance Entry - New Set Wizard overview
Function acronym: PDEM
Use the wizard to set up a new set of pricing and rebate records that can be changed en masse.
Specify ranges of data to limit the set of records that are created or updated. Use the criteria ranges to target a small, highly specific set of records or a larger, broader set.
The fields that display on the Criteria page depend on the price or rebate type that you select on the Create page.
Pricing record criteria
You can specify these values for all pricing record types:
- Warehouse
- Region
- Division group
- Start date / end date
- Status of records: active, inactive, or both
This table shows additional criteria that you can specify for pricing records, based on record type:

Rebate record criteria
You can specify these values for all rebate record types:
- Customer
- Ship To
- Customer Rebate Type
- Vendor
- Contract Number
- Warehouse
- Region
- Division group
- Start date / End date
- Drop Ship or Warehouse shipment
- Rebate Code: Vendor on Sale, Vendor on Purchase, or Customer Purchase
For Vendor on Sale rebates, you can also select manual rebates, non-manual rebates, or both.
