OT Transaction Entry - Transaction Entry Details - Lines - Add PO Lines overview

The Add PO Lines window is displayed when you click New in OT Transaction Entry - Lines. Specify a purchase order number. You can assign all or selected lines on the purchase order to the OT tracking document. The purchase order must be in ordered or printed stage, and the lines you select must not be assigned to another tracking document. The tracking number is displayed for lines already assigned to another tracking document. You are also limited to lines from regular purchase orders, PO direct orders, and blanket releases. All purchase order lines selected must be from the same receiving warehouse. If tally products exist on a purchase order, they cannot be placed on a tracking document. Tally products are not displayed in the grid.
