Sales Sheets Report overview
Function acronym: OEROS
Use this report for your outside and inside sales representatives. Print a sales sheet for each customer that you specify in the Customer # range.
This information is included on each sales sheet:
- The products that were purchased by a customer
- The last time they made a purchase
- The quantity and unit that was purchased
- The current price and discount
Ship to information and product cross-references are also included on the report, if the information exists. The sales representatives can review the products each customer has an interest in purchasing and repurchasing.
This report displays the current price and discount. The sales representatives can use this information to provide an accurate quote to the customer when they place their next order.
Use the ranges to print the report by sales representative, and then by customer number, ship to, and product. The outside and inside sales representative is specified on Customer Setup records.
Select customer, product, and warehouse options in the Extended Levels section in SA Administrator Options-Sales History-Levels. This report is warehouse-specific and if these options is not selected, sales sheets are not printed.
For customers that use foreign currency, all currency amounts on the sales sheets are displayed in the foreign current.
