Sales Master Entity Download Report overview

Use this report to create a file that contains a large volume of data, according to the ranges and criteria that you specify. You can transfer this file to Direct Route to create master entity records.
When you generate the Sales Import Data Report, the master entity records update the OE Customer/Vendor/Whse Setup records with Direct Route information. For example, you could send all customers and route them, then access and maintain the records in the system to alter them as required. Use this function to create a download file for a range of customer numbers, vendors, and warehouses.
The download file contains a record for each entity record that qualifies within the ranges that you specify. It follows the same format as the Sales Export Data Report file, a tab-delimited ASCII file.
