Product Replenishment Setup - Usage - Usage Rate Cost Matrix overview
Use this page to set up to 10 cost levels for an unlimited number of usage rates. These levels are used when a product’s usage falls below a set value. Order and line points are adjusted when a product’s usage is less than the predefined limit (1-6) and meets the cost parameters specified here.
You can specify an unlimited amount of usage rate levels. For each usage rate level you can specify new order points, line points, and order quantities. Use the Cost Matrix Table for Usage Break to specify up to 10 cost levels. If low usage is detected based on the parameters set on Product Replenishment Setup-Usage, the product’s ordering controls are corrected using these new values.
Select a level from the Usage Rate Table to edit the cost matrix or click to add a new level.
