Product Cash Drawer Setup overview

Use this function only if you have activated cash drawer management functionality. Create drawer IDs to track cash drawer transactions entered in Sales Drawer Transaction Entry, and related sales order functions. The ID is also used to reconcile that drawer in Sales Drawer Reconciliation Entry.

Click New to create a new Drawer ID. Otherwise, click Search to display all existing cash drawers. You can specify a Warehouse and Drawer ID filter the grid results. Select a record and click Edit to modify the record.

The grid shows the Warehouse, Drawer ID, and Bank. If the Drawer ID is being reconciled or if transactions are being entered, the In Use option is selected. The initials of the operator, or assigned operators, using the drawer are shown.
