Function acronym: CREB

Use this report to complete the last step that is required to inactivate bank transactions. Verify the CR Trial Balance Report is in balance before you run CR Entry Balance Bank Accounts Report.

This report inactivates all cleared bank transactions, including all outstanding transactions from the last bank statement. It also inactivates all new, cleared transactions that have occurred since the last statement.

These fields in CR Bank Setup are updated:

  • Last Balance Date
  • Last Verified Balance
  • Last Bank Balance #
  • Bank Balance
Note: Run this function only after your CR Trial Balance Report confirms that the bank record is in balance. If you run CR Entry Balance Bank Accounts Report before the bank is balanced, CR Bank Setup may be updated incorrectly. This function cannot be undone.
