Customer Ship To Setup - eCommerce - Select Email Address overview
Use this page to select recipients of the documents that can be sent by email.
The email addresses that are listed depend on the value in the Send To field. If document is sent to the customer, the email addresses are from the General tab of the customer record or contact records that are associated with the customer. If document is sent to the ship to, the email addresses are from the General tab of the ship to record or contact records that are associated with the ship to. The contact records are set up in the Contacts context application.
