Entering a tally product on a sales order

You can enter tally products on any order type except Direct Orders (DO). You can customize the initial mix of tally components when you enter an order containing a tally.

Select Sales > Entry > Order.
Specify the required information on the Initiate page, and then click Next.
On the Advanced Line Entry page, specify the tally product and quantity.
Click Add to add the product to the order.
The initial mix of components of a dimensional tally mix is calculated based on the percentages specified in KP Mix Setup and the quantity that you specify. If the quantity that you specify on the line is not equal to the linear measurement of the stored component mix, click Tallies.
Add, delete, or modify a component.
If you specify a new required quantity, click Calculate New Mix to view a new component mix.
A new adjustment factor is calculated and costs are adjusted for each component.
When you are finished with your changes, click Save.
Finish the order.
