Options
- Enter a List of Customers?
-
If you left the ranges blank, you can select Yes in this field. Click to specify customer or customer shipto numbers in the Customer List window.
- Ignore Last Run Date?
-
The report tracks the date the report was run. This option allows the report to be run to pick up only those Customer Setup and Customer ShipTo Setup records that have been entered since the last time the report was run. Retain the default setting, No, to send only new Customer Setup and Customer ShipTo Setup records. These records have an enter date that is more recent than the stored last run date. This option enables you to leave the ranges wide open. Only the newest records are found and their data sent to CertCapture. Existing, thus redundant records, are not sent. If you select Yes, all records that meet the range and option values are processed.Note: To avoid unintentionally missing data updates, we recommend that you do not run multiple instances of this report as stored. Because the last run date is stored for the entire company, each report validates based on the most recent report run date. The first of the multiple stored reports would set the last run date to the current date. All subsequent runs validate the current date as the last run date when determining which records should be sent to CertCapture.
- Totals Only?
-
Indicate whether to print totals only. If you select Yes, the report that is printed shows only the total number of Customer Setup and Customer ShipTo Setup records for which information is sent to CertCapture. If you retain the default, No, the report output shows the customer number and name, address, phone and fax number, email address and purchasing contact. It also shows the total number of records sent.
