Product Inquiry - Cross Reference field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Cross Reference Product

To view detail for a specific product cross reference, specify the cross reference product in this field. Leave this field blank to view all cross references for the product.

Customer #

This field displays if you select Customer Prod or Ship To Prod from the Type drop-down. Specify a customer number to search for product cross references for a specific customer.

Record Limit

Specify the number of records for the search limit.

Ship To Prod

This field displays if you select Ship To Prod from the Type drop-down. Look up a shipto for the selected customer to search for product cross references that have been set up in Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup for the customer/shipto combination.

Type

The product cross reference type is associated with a specific cross reference when you set up the cross reference in Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup. There are multiple types of cross references. They are either cross references used to find a real product or cross references used to tie one product to another.

Select the type of product cross reference you want to search for. Additional filter fields are displayed based on the type you select.

Vendor #

This field displays when you select AltVendor from the Type drop-down. Specify or look up a vendor number to search for product cross references for a specific vendor.
