Accessing lockbox functions and scheduling updates
On the Transaction Detail page in ETCC, you can take these actions:
- You can access lockbox functions through hyperlinks.
When the Update Status of the document is WIP, these fields are displayed in the Detail section of the Transaction Detail page:

Hyperlink to the Customer Entry Lockbox Update Report.
Hyperlink to Customer Lock Box Entry.
- Ready to
Process?
No indicates that the document contains errors that must be addressed in Customer Lock Box Entry before the update can be performed. Yes indicates that the document can be scheduled for update. This field corresponds directly to the same field in Customer Lock Box Entry.

Schedule the update process without accessing the Customer Entry Lockbox Update Report directly.
If Yes is displayed in the Ready to Process? field, you can click the button to schedule the update for the batch. Click Yes when this message is displayed: Schedule ARELU Lockbox Update?. The update occurs, based on stored reports that you set up in Customer Entry Lockbox Update Report.
If the document is not ready to process, click the Check # hyperlink to access Customer Lock Box Entry. If the document is ready to process after you save your corrections, this message is displayed: Schedule ARELU Lockbox Update?. Click to schedule the lockbox update for the batch.
