Product Tally Bundle Mix Inquiry - Bundles field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Bundle ID

The first line of the grid always displays the available loose inventory. For each component of the tally, loose inventory is calculated as:

quantity on hand – committed – reserved – quantity contained in any available bundles

Lengths

The number of pieces of the lengths on the bundle ID.

OE #

The customer order number this bundle ID was sold on.

PO #

The number of the purchase order that this bundle ID was received on. If applicable, a bundle ID may be created in Product Tally Bundle Setup from existing stock. In this case, a PO number will not appear.

Status

The status of the bundle ID appears.

• On Order – Bundle ID has been created but stock has not been received.
• Available – Bundle ID has been received and is available for sale.
• Committed – Bundle ID is entered on a bundle tally line on a customer order.
• Cancelled – Bundle IDs that have been deleted to release the components to loose stock.
• Inactive – Bundle IDs assigned to customer orders that have been invoiced.

Total BF

This bundle ID’s total board footage.

Total LF

This bundle ID’s total linear footage.
