Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry - Line Item Extend field descriptions

Product

Fields are presented in alphabetical order by section.

Bin Location
Displays the product's bin location, assigned in Product Warehouse Product Setup. For nonstock products, the bin location is blank. You can edit this field for a line item on the Line Item tab on the Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry Details page.
Description
Displays the product description specified in Product Setup.
Product
Displays the product number assigned in Product Setup.

Quantities

Assigned to Orders
Displays the transfer quantity that is currently assigned to orders.
Ordered
Displays the transfer quantity ordered in Transfer Entry and the ordering unit of measure.
Receive Quantity
Displays the transfer quantity received and the receiving unit of measure. You can edit this field for a line item on the Line Item tab on the Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry Details page.
Shipped
Displays the transfer quantity shipped and the shipped quantity unit of measure.
Stocking Ordered
Displays the transfer quantity ordered converted to the stocking unit of measure. For example, if the quantity ordered is 2 dozen but each is the stocking unit of measure, this field displays 24.
Stocking Received Quantity
Displays the transfer quantity received converted to the stocking unit of measure. For example, if the quantity received is 2 dozen but each is the stocking unit of measure, this field displays 24.
Stocking Shipped
Displays the transfer quantity shipped converted to the stocking unit of measure. For example, if the quantity shipped is 2 dozen but each is the stocking unit of measure, this field displays 24.

Unavailable

Unavailable Reason
Select the reason that quantity is unavailable. Valid unavailable reason codes are created in SA Table Code Value Setup.
Unavailable Stocking Quantity
If a quantity is unavailable, specify the amount unavailable in the stocking unit of measure. You can use the information in the Quantities section to determine the relationship between the transfer quantity and stock quantity units of measure.
