SA Administrator Options - Documents - Job Management - Processing field descriptions

Select this option to require prices and costs approval for jobs. If this option is not selected, job prices or costs do not require approval when the job is closed. If this option is selected, either or both of the Prices Approved or Costs Approved options in JM Transaction Entry-Header must be selected before the job can be printed or released. To approve prices, costs or both, you must have the valid security for the Price Approval in JM setting in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options.
