Clearing the status of a report job

  1. Select Report Scheduler > Administration > Activity.
  2. Specify the search criteria, and then click Search.
  3. Select the one or more jobs.
  4. Select Actions > Clear Status.
    If a selected job group has errors, Clear Entire Group (No Only Clears Errors) Clear (G)roup or only (E)rrors? is displayed. If you selected one or more jobs, a prompt to confirm the clearing the status of the selected jobs is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to confirm that you want to reset the status for the selected jobs. For job groups, click Yes to clear the entire group and all components in the group. The group’s next run starts with the first report in the group. Select No to clear the status of the errors only. Completed components are not re-run, and the job group continues with the first errored component.
