Inactive record removal
You can use the SA Administration Inactive Removal Reports to eliminate customer, vendor, product, and catalog records that are inactive because they were superseded or unused. We recommend that you remove inactive records at least annually.
To archive or save records before you remove them, run the SA Data Archive Reports. Record removal is permanent and irreversible.
Removing inactive records is not the same as deleting a full company. A company contains more data than the removal reports can delete.
