If the Pricing By Warehouse option is selected in SA Administrator Options-Products-Pricing, a warehouse is specified on all quote records. You must specify a warehouse in this field. If you do not, this error occurs:

Error: PDAO 'Pricing by Whse' = "yes", Option 1 (Whse) Must be Entered (9877)

If the Pricing By Warehouse option is not selected, this field is not required.

Print Customer Notes?

Select Yes to include printable customer notes on the report.

Yes must be selected in the Allow Access to Standard Notes field on your SA Operator Setup record. Otherwise, the customer notes are not included.

Print Product Notes

Select Yes to include printable product notes on the report.

Yes must be selected in the Allow Access to Standard Notes field on your SA Operator Setup record. Otherwise, the product notes are not included.

C)ustomer or P)roduct Order? (C/P)

Specify C to sort the report by customer. Specify P to sort the report by product.
