Purging inactive vessel and tracking documents
Run the OT Admin Purge Tracking and Vessel Documents Reportreport to remove inactive [closed] tracking and vessel documents. These are the criteria for records that qualify to be purged:
- All attached PO lines must be in Stage 5 [Received]
- All tracking documents must be in Stage 9 [Closed]
- All vessel documents must be in Stage 3 [Unloaded/Closed]
Set this up as a stored report on a weekly or monthly basis to maintain your database.
