Viewing the Report Scheduler log
The Report Scheduler log is an internal file created for troubleshooting problems with stored reports. For on-premises implementations of Distribution SX.e, the log is usually stored in the /rd/tmp directory and is assigned a file name in the format rptsch.yyyymmdd.log. Use the Report Scheduler log to track changes to report jobs, including identifying reports with a status of In Use, Waiting, and Backlogged.
