Creating a customer price book

Use the PD Customer Pricing Report to create a price book for a specific customer or range of customers or ship tos. You can create customer price books for all products in a warehouse, or limit the report output to a range of products.

The PD Customer Pricing Report can be generated in Price Book Sequence # order. The sequence number allows you to customize the order in which the products appear on the report output. Before you run the PD Customer Pricing Report, assign a Price Book Sequence # to products in Product Setup.

  1. Select Pricing and Discounting > Reports > PD Reports > PDRC.
  2. Select New > Stored or New > One Time.
  3. In the printing Information view, specify the Print Type for the output generated to report errors, if any. Select the option to include the Report Options page, if desired.
    The settings on the Information view are not used to configure the output of the PD Customer Pricing Report. The report output is determined by selecting the output type for the P)rint,CSV F)ile,E)mail,D)ropbox or I)ON option.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Specify the desired ranges. The Customer # range is required.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the desired options. The Whse field is required.
    Note: The CSV File selection for the P)rint,CSV F)ile,E)mail,D)ropbox or I)ON option is only available if you are running Distribution SX.e on-premises. If you are running CloudSuite Distribution and want to generate the PD Customer Pricing Report in CSV file format, select Email or Dropbox.
  8. Click Next and then Save to generate the report.
