Setting authorization point security for multiple operators

Use these instructions to set or change security for multiple operators for a single authorization point. These instructions assume that the operators have SA Operator Setup records.

  1. Select System Administrator > Administration > Authorization Security.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Select an authorization point.
  4. Click Point Security (If Blank Operator).
  5. Select an Operator Search Criteria.
  6. Select one or more operators.
  7. Select an option from the Actions menu.
  8. Close the module.
