Identifying changes to Advanced Search

Before you identify the changes made to Advanced Search, you must determine which views were modified.

  1. In the Advanced Search window, select More... > View Info.
  2. If Personalized is selected for a view, it has been personalized at the user, profile, or company level.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. To view the changes, select More... > Personalize.
  5. Click Edit for the view that was personalized.
  6. Select a level.
  7. If you selected Profile, specify the name of the profile.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Select More Actions > Highlight changes.

    Modified controls are highlighted with an orange border.

    Note: When a control is moved but not otherwise modified, it is not highlighted.
  10. Click the modified control, and then select Show Changes.

    If you selected the User level, then only your modifications are listed. If you selected the Profile or Company level, then modifications that are made by you and other users are shown.
