Balancing stock inventory accounts

The Product Trial Balance of Stock Inventory Report compares the balance of the General Ledger Inventory account to the subsidiary valuation of the stock inventory. Generate this report daily or weekly and compare this report to the General Ledger totals. Build-on-demand kits are not displayed in the report, but they are broken down into their kit components. Labor products are not included on the report.

  1. Select Product > Reports > IC Reports > Product Trial Balance of Stock Inventory Report.
  2. You can run a one-time report or store this report for future use.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Specify ranges and options.
  5. Click Finish.
