Specify a label for the user field.
Note: User fields 1 and 2 are included on standard master list reports for primary entities such as customer, vendor, and product. The default label for each field is used. For example, User 1 and User 2 are used as the field labels on the Customer Master List Report, not the labels you specified.All 1-24 User fields are included in select BODs and API calls.

- Minimum and Maximum

Specify a minimum and maximum value for a number or date field. These values are optional.
- Type and Size

The type of field is indicated in static text. You can specify this information:
- Two text fields with a maximum length of eight characters
- Two text fields with a maximum length of 78 characters
- Two number fields
- Two date fields
- User Field Type

Select the setup or entry function to which you want to add the customized user fields. To add customized EHF user fields, select either Product Environmental Handling Fees or Environmental Handling Fee Exemptions.

Select Yes to display the user field on the appropriate windows defined by the function you selected. This option enables you to set up a user field without using it immediately or disable a user field at a later date.
- Validation 1-24

Specify values, separated by commas, which can be entered in the field. For example, if the only valid values are Yes, No, and Undetermined, specify Yes,No,Undetermined in the field. This setting is optional.
