Counting nonstock products

Run the Product Entry Non Stock Count Report to print a count of nonstock items in inventory. This report differentiates between available and unavailable, or tied and untied, quantities. If you select Yes for the Display Expected Quantity? option, the report shows the expected quantity per bin location. If you exclude committed quantity from the expected quantity, shipped orders that are not invoiced are reviewed to obtain the committed quantities.

This report uses active nonstock sets from Product Adjust Non-stock/Direct Order Entry (ICENH/ICENL). If a bin location is blank, it is first on the count list.

  1. Select Product > Entry > ICE Reports > Non Stock Count.
  2. Run the report.
  3. Use the count sheet to record the nonstock inventory in your warehouse.
  4. Optionally, compare the expected quantities to the actual counted quantities.
  5. If required, adjust or correct nonstock/direct order transactions.
