Product Inquiry - Service Warranty field descriptions

This view displays information from the Product Pricing Setup record. This information is available if you are using the Service Warranty module. These values are pulled from Product Setup - Pricing & Warranty.

Fields are presented in alphabetical order within each section.

Setup Service Repair Order (SRO)

Deliver To

The bin location to which the finished product needs to be delivered.

Hours

The estimated time needed to complete the setup for one unit of this product.

Job Type

The job type code for this product.

Auto Create

Auto Create SRO

Indicates if this product requires additional setup (upgrades, additional labor, and so on). If this field is Yes, each time the product is entered in Sales Order Entry, a Service Repair Order (SRO) is created automatically.

Standard Repair Time

SRT Applies

Indicates if the product on the Product Setup record is a labor product that identifies a specific task with associated allowed hours.

SRT Hours

Indicates the allowed repair times for specific service tasks.
