The JM Entry Processing Customer Quote Report uses these codes to determine the format for quotes or fax. Select 1 to use the standard format. Select 9 if you use a custom print routine to print quotes; you can also select 2 through 8. The custom routine must control whether quote headings print and the format to print order information.

If you are communicating with your customers and vendors by facsimile, the Fax Format setting is relevant to your operation.
