Options

File Directory

For import only. Specify the name of the server and directory the import file is located.

File Name

For import only. Specify the name of the import file. For example, npimport.txt.

I)mport or E)xport?

Specify whether you are running an Import or Export.

Import - Update?

Select Yes to run in update mode to update PD Pricing Setup-National Program records. Select No to run in report mode. If this option is set to No, the import records are validated, but no data is written to the database or saved.

Note: If you set option 4 to No and option 5 to Yes, option 5 is automatically set to No by the system, and no records are created or updated.

Overwrite Existing Record?

Select Yes to overwrite PD Pricing Setup-National Program records. If this option is set to Yes, during import, if import records are found for existing records, those existing records are updated with the new data.

Overwriting existing records only makes changes to these fields: Status type, End date, National Program code, Description, Allow returns flag, National Program commission calculation type, Based on, Amount, Labor product, Salesrep commission type, Program only flag, and user fields.

Customer Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of customer level.

Customer Master Group Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of customer level.

Customer Price Type Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of customer level.

All Customer Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export all customer levels.

Product Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Model Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Brand Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Product Category Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Product Lines Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Product Price Type Levels?

For export only. Select Yes to export this type of product level.

Product Rebate Type Levels?

All Product Levels?
