Granting user access to restricted notes categories

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Select the operator record, and then click Edit.
  3. Click Other Options.
  4. To grant a user access to a restricted note category, select the category in the Notes Category Permissions section.
    Only restricted notes categories are displayed.
  5. Click Allow.
  6. Click Save.
