Options

Warehouse

Specify a warehouse, which is already set up in Product Warehouse Description Setup. The four-character warehouse name appears at the top of each count sheet.

Run Number

Specify a Run Number. You can reuse Run Numbers after the run has been updated. If you have more than one active run at a time, you will need a new Run Number. If an active count session already exists with the specified run number, count sheets are not generated.

Print (A)ll or (D)ifferences Only?

Specify (A)ll to include all products included in the cycle count or (D)ifferences to include only those products whose actual quantity differed from the expected quantity.

Ticket Printer

Specify the printer name to print tickets, or specify a Print Type to print tickets to a fax, file, email message, etc. The printer must be set up in SA Printer Setup.

Count Sheet Printer

Specify the printer name to print count sheets, or specify a Print Type to print count sheets to a fax, file, email message, etc. The printer must be set up in SA Printer Setup. Choose a different printer than the one specified in the Ticket Printer option.

Print (S)hort or (L)ong Form

Specify (S)hort to print one line for each product, serial number, and lot number. Specify (L)ong to print two lines for each product, as well as the second bin location and the product description.

Page Break on B)ld,R)ow,S)ection,N)one

Specify the corresponding letter to divide the report into sections by creating a page break at Building, Row, or Section. This will depend on your warehouse setup.

(L)ot#’s, (S)erial#’s, (B)oth or (N)one

Use this option when you want to verify lot quantities, serial numbers, or both. If you need to make a stock adjustment to a serial or lot product, you must enter these numbers during Product Quantity Adjustments Entry. With this option, print them on count sheets to avoid manual notations.

# of Ticket Copies per Product/Bin

Specify a number between 1 and 9. If you are using inventory tickets while counting, you can print multiple copies. For example, attach one copy to the product or bin; send another copy to the accounting department.

Use (C)ustomer or (S)X Part Number

Specify (C)ustomer to display the customer part number for products included on the Count Sheet Reprint. Specify (S)X to display the your part number for the products. Records must be set up in Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup for customer part numbers.
